He was subsequently employed by Hewlett-Packard Sales Malaysia to sell its Unix and proprietary systems. Later, Nasruddin was employed by Maxis in its early days (then known as Binariang) to develop its fledgling fixed line telephony business through tie-ups with large property developers in the country.

Consulting Director
Gareth Davies
Gareth is the resident hacker in Omnilogic and has been messing around with computer networks and how to break them since 1997, when he was still a script kiddie. As a strong believer in sharing knowledge and the saying “Let Knowledge Be Free”, he believes in education and open source solutions as they empower people rather than imprisoning them in technology. “Let Knowledge Be Free” of course also has dual meanings, one meaning free as in no-cost and one meaning free as in without restriction/censorship or cover-ups. These both fit neatly with the general thoughts of the open source community and the ideology behind the successful education systems in the flat world.
Developing his intense interest in networks and how to break them, combined with the inherent eccentricity of being a Brit enabled Gareth to become a leading consultant in information security solutions, training and software.
Qualified in both technical and international management standards (OPST and ISO27001) Gareth has dealt with highly critical projects for national government bodies, financial institutions, national telecommunication companies and other Fortune 500 companies.
